Answer Teresa, It's not likely the fuse. If the fuse "blows" it has to be replaced, before the microwave will operate again. There are several TCO's (thermal cut outs) that react to the temperature in the microwave(hood tco, magnetron tco, cavity tco,etc) When areas of the microwave, or a component overheats, the tco "opens" and turns off.
