Dee for Model Number JVM1850SM1SS Day 1, microwave stopped heating, all other features working. Day 2, nothing is working. Could it be the fuses or something else?
Answer Dee, the main control would need to be tested at the black wire for 120VAC. If there is 120VAC and the control does not show a display, it has failed and would need to be replaced. If there is not 120VAC, the microwave would need to be unplugged and the fuse, bottom TCO WB27X1127, cavity TCO WB27X10810, and magnetron TCO WB27X10166 would need to be tested for continuity. These parts should show as having continuity if they are operating properly. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, July 21, 2020
