Hello Angie. You will need to test the thermostats WB27X10810, WB27X1127, WB27X10166, and WB27X10194. They should read closed for continuity. If they are good, you may have a bad gas sensor WB24X799 on the unit. If any of these are bad, they will cause the problems you are having with the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
