Chip P for Model Number JVM3670SK01 I turned the surface light on this morning and it blew. Then when I tried to warm up food, the turntable and fan dont come on, but the vent fan works, the magnetron seems to run, and all the control panel features work. Would a blown fuse explain this?
Answer Hello Chip. You will need to check and see if the door switch WB24X829 or WB24X830 is bad and needs to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
