Pete for Model Number JVM2070SH01 My unit is dead. No lights, no fan no control panel. Nothing at all works. Check power outlet and it is good. Could it be the fuse? If so, how to I get to it. Can I access it through bottom panel? Do I have to take it off the wall? Please help. Model #JVM2070SH01 thank you so much!
