Estill, The fuse WB27X10928 is not the issue, if it were the fuse, nothing would work. You most likely have a faulty circuit in the Control PCB WB27X11068 and will need to replace it. If you have a multimeter, you could check the CN03 connector pin#1(black wire) for 120 VAC to chassis ground with the power cord plugged in. for 120 VAC. If you have the voltage, you'll need the control board. If the voltage is not present, you'll need to trace the black wire back to the door switch and find out where its broken.
