Rodney We have a Ge profile microwave Jvm1870SK04, it is about 5 years old. Lights, fans, and vents all work but keypad does not, so it will not start.
Answer Hi. The outer keypad assy. part # is WB07X10628. After you remove the vent cover and the upper keyboard cover plate screw, then remove the keypad upper mount screw. LIft up and off of the keypad control off from the frame. Under the inner control panel or folded up in a packet is a tech sheet. Use the information to test the components if needed.
