Carl for Model Number pss26mgsww Water is dripping from lower right corner of dispenser cover frame whenever door is opened - not when refrigerator is not touched when we aren't home. Seems like maybe problem with dispenser water tube or its connection?? If so is this part replaceable - I don't see it listed as a part. Thank you
Answer Carl, The dispenser water tube and wiring harness are "foamed in" when the freezer door is produced, it is not a replaceable part, you'll need to order a complete freezer door assembly WR78X11466 if the water tube is the issue. Before you go that far, check the ice dispenser flapper door to make sure it seals properly and make sure there is no condensation or moisture on the dispenser or the freezer door inner wall, and front panel. There is a possibility that the water dispenser is dripping, and water accumulates under the drip tray and splashes out when the door is opened/closed. You may want to place a paper towel or dry sponge on the drip tray and check it when you get home from work, if the dispenser is dripping the paper or sponge should be wet. This would also indicate an issue with the fill valve seeping, low water pressure, or air in the water dispenser system. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, October 1, 2015
