Al Steele for Model Number WPD350PAAB2 Slow/clogged drain. Can you tell me where the check valve is located - it is not where the drain hose connects to the pump. Pump appears to be working, the impeller is not blocked Any other possible causes of the not draining? Thanks in advance
Answer Al, If the unit has a check valve it would be either in the hose where the hose connects to the drain or on the drain pump at that point. If there is no check valve then check to make sure that there is voltage getting to the pump and if there is then check to make sure that there are no obstructions. If there are no obstructions in the pump then the pump would be the issue. If there is no voltage getting to the pump then the control board would likely be the issue. Read More...
