Keith for Model Number WPRE6100G1WT Washer won't spin or agitate. No blinking LED on motor board. Fuse is good. 8.9V between pins 3&5 and 4&5 on plug at motor in spin cycle, supposed to be 12V. Is this voltage sufficient?
