Answer Carole, You can test the fuse without removing it by cutting a small piece of insulation off from either side of the fuse and doing a continuity test. If there is continuity then the fuse is ok and if no continuity then replace the fuse. After testing or replacing, tape up the wire with electrical tape. Read More...
