Npg for Model Number C2S980SEM1SS This knob (WB03K10266) is not the correct substitute for WB03K10243, which is the knob I need to replace in my stove (GE Cafe range model C2S980SEM1SS). It is smaller and looks quite different from my knob. Do you have the original part (WB03K10243)?
Answer Hello, We've contacted the manufacturer on this before and received this as an answer from them: "The only noticeable difference is that these are die cast verse the original plastic knob and they are smaller in diameter. So there the cut out is not completely covered." The original part was replaced correctly by the part you currently have. Thanks! Read More...
