Arlene for Model Number #SCA2000MD900024K I saw a spark and heard a loud "pop" that came from the control panel when I started the microwave. The microwave no longer works. Is this a fuse problem or something else and can I replace this part myself? I know the control panel comes off and there are fuses inside, but I don't know how to remove the panel. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Arlene. You will need to test the fuse in the unit. The best way to access the fuse is to remove the outer cover off the microwave. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
