Bslide for Model Number JEM31SF01 This MW started making a snapping noise and light began flashing within. Wasn't doing all the time but now not working. Is this fixable? If so, how difficult? The cabinet will not accommodate the PEM 31. Thanks for your help.
Answer Bslide, If the unit is just not heating then it sounds like the magnetron is bad and you will want to also remove the stirrer cover and check the stirrer and clean that area as this is most likely the reason for the failure.
