Scott for Model Number ZMC1095SF02 I've previously replaced the Magnetron unit on this model when it wasn't heating anymore. I was getting ready to order a replacement due to same problem when something else happened that I'm not sure about. We forgot it wasn't working, put something in and pressed start. The entire unit went dead. I could only find one fuse and that tested fine so I'm not sure what else may be bad.
Answer Scott, Check the power coming into the unit to ensure that there is 120 vac getting to the control board. There are also thermal cutoffs in the unit that you will want to check to make sure that they have continuity. If they check ok then the control board will likely be the cause. Read More...
