Jacob for Model Number GLD4560N I had to take apart this conduit to clean some gunk out of the filter sump because my dishwasher wasn't draining. I accidentally snapped the plastic tab that holds the piece attached to the bottom of the tub with the hose going into it. It still seems to function fine and I don't see how the hose could pull out in normal use unless there was a really large amount of pressure. Is this tab really necessary or should I not worry about it if the washer seems to be working fine.
