Ana for Model Number CDT845P2N2S1 Hi, I have a GE Cafe dishwasher (CDT845P2N2S1). The metal clasp that holds the upper spray arm has become detached. Is there a way to replace it? and is it safe to run the dishwasher with the spray arm not secured? I hope this is fixable- the dishwasher is less than 2 years old.
Answer Hello Anna, if you are referring to the metal clip that was attached to the stainless steel tub ceiling, then there is no repair for that, the dishwasher would not clean correctly if the spray arm shifted, since the dishwasher is less than 2 years old you may want to contact the manufacturer's Customer service.
