Harley for Model Number gsd6200j01ww Soap dispenser always seems to have soap left in it.Also, is there supposed to be an "O" ring on the nozzle in back that pushes into the upper spray arm?
Answer Hello Harley, The upper spray arm does not have an O ring. For the soap being left in dispenser. Check to make sure that water temp is hot enough, check to make sure that you do not have broken or cracked spray arms and make sure that the loading of unit is not interefering with the opening of the door.
