John, You will need a stiff blade putty knife or similar tool. You'll open the door and insert the tool between the metal inner door panel and the black plastic trim of the door frame and lift up and out on the frame until the internal catches clear the retainers in the door panel. You'll need to do this all the way around the door. You may want to start at the center top of the door and work your way around counterclockwise. Thanks and Good Luck
