Laura G. We replaced the oven lamps with these parts. However, now the light will NOT shut off. Is there anything we can do? Did we hook something up incorrectly?
Answer Hello Laura, I'm sorry but without the model number from your units' I.D. tag, we cannot look up the wiring diagram on your unit to see if there could have been a mistake in the installation of the lamp holders.
