Mani for Model Number JB960BY4BB GE OVEN Hi we have a GE oven that's about 10 years old that gives an F3 error whenever we try to use it. We bought a sensor online that wasn't originally meant for this oven. It was a WB21X5301 which we installed into the oven but it didn't work. We tested the original sensor and it said 1100 on the display. Do we have to buy a different temperature sensor or an original from the company? Also our microwave Model # GES1344SK 06 isn't working properly. when we turn it on, the light doesn't turn on, it doesn't turn and it makes an odd noise. The microwave is 2 years old. Thank you for your time.
Answer Hello Mani. If the unit is reading 1100 at room temp it is good. You will need to replace the control WB27T10210 on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, November 27, 2013
