Bill for Model Number GSD4920Z02BB There is no water spraying to clean the dishes on any cycle. Water is coming into the tub but when it is time to spray, the water seems to discharge near one of the rear screens instead of the spray arms. The tub does empty normally. What are the likely causes. Thanks.
Answer Bill, You're on track. The piston nut assembly can create an issue similar to your description " On these units washability complaints or no pump out can also be caused by a piston valve jammed open to the tub." You'll need to remove the pistonm and pump and check the assembly for debris and proper operation and seal, also, check the check valve in the valve body for proper operation. Thanks Read More...
