Dave for Model Number GSD3620F00BB I am chasing a faulty draining problem and this check valve part on my machine drops down when I press on it, but doesn't spring back, which I assume is supposed to happen since there is a spring in the assembly. What effect would this issue have on my slow drain rate problem?
Answer Hello Dave! You will need to replace the piston and nut assembly WD24X10018 as it should spring back up. This could cause the unit from drain properly as it should. Also check the drain hoses and drain pump to make sure nothing has clogged up. Hope this helps! Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 16, 2011
