Dani for Model Number GTWN4950L0WS My washer was overloaded and then spun out of control. Then it just stopped. It will not reset or start a new cycle. All the lights will turn on, but the washer will not do anything. I have tried to reset the motor by unplugging it and closing and opening lid six times, this is not working. Also the motor is flashing in one second intervals. PLEASE HELP!
Answer Dani, You will want to check voltage on the inverter board of the motor for 120 vac. If you do not have 120 vac then the in line fuse in the wiring harness is bad and will have to be replaced. You need to check Connector C2 pins 3 and 5. IF there is no voltage then follow white/red wire up from pin 3 and you will find the thermal fuse approximately 1/2 way up tub in the harness. You will have to cut out and replace the fuse WH49X10055. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, March 20, 2013
