Felipe for Model Number GE wsm2780dawww The washing cycle stops completely at the drain cycle for all settings. I have taking out the pump and I do not see in clogs. Please advise. Thank you.
Answer Hello Felipe. Test for power the pump. If there is power to the pump, and it is not draining, you will need to order and replace the drain pump on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
