Tony for Model Number TPH21PRSBWW I have a GE profile refrigerator model tph21prs and need to replace the handles. I have handle part number wr12x869 but it didn't come with any instructions. Since you don't have a video showing the replacement procedure for my model I need detailed instructions. Please indicate whether the trim slides up or is snapped off.
