Cleric for Model Number wcre6270d1ww My washing machine sometimes will not drain the water. I'll put in clothes, turn it on, come back in about an hour to throw the clothes into the dryer, but alot of times when I open the washer, it'll be full of water at the bottom. I can manually turn the knob back to the drain and spin cycle and it will then dispose of water. Thank you for your help.
Answer Hello Cleric, This design will probably take a drain pump WH23X10030 to correct this issue unless you can remove the tub-to-pump hose and remove debris.
