Tom for Model Number JVM1740SP2SS Hello, Just recently the exhaust fan has turned on hi-exhaust by itself and we were unable to stop it with the keypad. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Tom. You will need to check and see if the keypad is bad and if so, replace the control panel WB07X11281. If it is good, then the control board WB27X11078 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
