Samson for Model Number HVM1540LP1CS Microwave says keypad needs service. What part do I need? Also is it easy to change?
Answer Samson, For a keypad problem, you would need part number WB56X10819. To replace the control panel, you will remove the air grill from the top and then there will be one screw you remove from the top of the control panel. Once you remove the screw lift up and the control panel will come off. Disconnect the wiring but take a photo before doing so. Then transfer the control board to the new one and reconnect.
