Gary for Model Number 11092478800 When I start the washer. I only get cold water and there is a very loud buzzing sound from the washer. It sounds like the inlet solenoid is being held closed and will not let in warm water this does not change by turning the temp switch.
Answer Gary, the most likely issue is going to be with the inlet valve [285805]. With a multimeter TJMA-DMT3, you can test the hot water solenoid to ensure that it is receiving 120VAC. If it is receiving the voltage, you will then want to check the inlet filter screen to ensure that it is not blocked up. If the screen is clear and the solenoid is receiving 120VAC, it has failed.
