Ron for Model Number JBP23DR388 my oven and burners will not turn on I have already replaced the control panel and oven sensor still no heat and the only way the panel turns on is if you turn on a burner then the control panel lights up and you can set the clock etc; but still no heat either the stove or the oven is there a thermal sensor somewhere I'm not seeing one listed in parts but I have seen on other stoves?? I'm at a loss
Answer Hello Ron, you will need a multimeter and check the range's terminal block for correct voltages, L1-N 120v, L2 -N 120v, L1-L2 240v, also check same voltages under load, suspecting there is either a problem at the terminal block or the incoming power, likely the neutral circuit has a problem.
