Ben for Model Number JDP36B0D1CT There doesn't seem to be a kit available with the wire nuts and shrink tubing splice package for the GE WB17T10006 terminal block kit. I know you said to use either med or lrg high temp porecelain wire nuts, but what do you recommend in the way of shrink tubing to put over the wire nut splices? This GE unit is a built in, hard wired unit and will be difficult to get out and complete a repair, so I'd like to use the splice method near the terminal block, but I want to be sure I have the right high temp wire nuts and high temp shrink tubing. Thanks for your help.
Answer Ben, The wire nuts, as long as they are ceramic will work for your unit. It is not necessary to put the shrink wrap on the nuts. The shrink is normally used in situations where there is moisture to keep the moisture from getting into the connection. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, May 21, 2013
