Stacy for Model Number JB968BK4BB After heating up my oven to say 425, it will remain working for a several minutes. Then, it shuts off and goes into lock mode. It doesn’t happen every time I use it, but it does if frequently. Is it a bad thermostat or oven temperature sensor? Or something else. Thank you.
Answer Stacy, For this issue the most likely cause would be either a oven sensor problem or a faulty main control board. You will want to test the sensor for a resistance of 1090 ohms at room temp.
