Steve for Model Number GE WDSR2080D5WW Hello, Cold water doesn't fill at the beginning of the cycle, but if i switch it to hot, the machine will fill. The cold works in the rinse cycle. I checked both hoses and water supply and they are working properly. I disconnected both hoses and turned the timer to wash, there was a vibration and humming sound when the machine was set to hot, but nothing when set to cold. Could this be a valve, solenoid, timer or something else issue? Thank you for the help.
