James C for Model Number WCSR4170DACC Our GE washer WCSR4170DACC the timer knob does not engage so I can choose a cycle. If I push in hard and keep trying I can finally engage the handle and turn the timer. Which part do I need to replace?? Once engaged the timer works fine.
