Jim for Model Number GCS3500R20WW My coupler is loose when I place it on my faucet and when I turn on the water the whole unit comes off. I'm assuming that the white tabs in the coupler are worn out, the hoses are fine. If my assumption is correct what is the correct part number for my portable dishwasher
