Jason for Model Number WBVH6240FWW I get the E22 error code (fill time). When going thru various tests, in T08 (hot water) everything goes fine. But in T09 (cold water) no cold water comes in. I've checked for clogs at the input screens, kinks in input hoses, etc. No issue. This seems to indicate a bad water valve not letting in cold water ever. However, how do I know that it isn't in fact a bad control board never *telling* the solenoid valve to let in water? I'm trying to figure out how to isolate the problem to the water valve or the control board.
Answer Hello Jason. You will need to test for power coming to the water valve from the control board. If there is power there, but no water, you will need to replace the water valve WH13X10023. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, November 22, 2011
