James for Model Number model=lmx28988st I've had to beat the crap out of the ice bin to the point its cracked on the lower half(white part). has anyone else had issue about since new, where the ice hangs in the bin and doesn't make it to the auger? Will replacing the bin/auger assembly fix this issue? I have doubts it will but its been like this since new. This fridge is my second worse purchase ever due to this issue. Thanks
