James for Model Number WM2487HWMA I might need a new boot - the old one is not leaking but it is very dirty and has an odor. I've cleaned it out best i could, but would like to know 1) What is the best way to clean it - take it off ? What cleaner/solvent is best? 2) Your instructional video seems to be for a Whirlpool and not an LG. I've got a drawer under my door, not a panel. I saw a few other slight differences. Do you have a video for this LG model, or can i call your tech support to walk me through it?
Answer James, the only way to completely clean one is to replace it, once they are stained with mildew, it becomes embedded in the material.
