Jody A. for Model Number WM2496HSM The TE code keeps appearing on my washer. I have watched your repair video for the thermistor. We bought the part to do the repair but after disassembly, we discovered the broken wire. We have repaired the wire 2 times now, but it just keeps breaking. I will need a new wire that has the fitting on the end this one is just too damaged. If we have so much movement in the drum that this wire keeps breaking, is there something wrong like a stabilizer that keeps if from too much movement that I need to check?
