Keith for Model Number WM2487HRM I'm receiving the tE fault code intermittently during operation. Strange thing is that when I put the system into diagnostic mode, the heater/thermistor test did not produce a fault code. The machine showed that the drum was heating to 20-21 C (which I believe is normal). Does this lead you to believe that the error is with the thermistor and not the heating unit? I have not opened it up to look for frayed wires yet. Thanks for your help!
