Ronald K for Model Number LG WM2487H The liquid soap tray/dish does not completely empty. I have checked to hoses from the 4 station valve assembly and they are clear. The trays have been removed and cleaned. The input cold water filter is clean. I think I have two choices. Either the valve assembly is bad or the signals from the mother board to the valves are not working. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot between these two units?Ron
Answer Ronald, You will want to check the ports at the top of the housing to make sure that it is clear. To test the valves you would test for continuity and should have a resistance value of 0.8 - 1.2K ohms of resistance. If the resistance is incorrect then replace the valve.
