Ken K for Model Number Magic Chef (Vissani) MCWC50DST I have this appliance and after 8 years it decided to stop cooling. The display shows 75 degrees. The fan that circulates air over the coils works. The compressor seems silent. I saw that you said that most commonly it is the temperature control panel 312180200240 / AP6034230. Am I correct that based on your return policy that I can order and pay for the part and if it does not solve the problem that the part can be returned? Also someone mentioned having replaced a starter relay, which did not solve the problem, but I did not see a starter relay on the schematic...what is that about? Many thanks, Ken K
Answer Ken, To your first question part are only returnable if they have not been installed. As far as the start device for the compressor on this model this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer & is no longer available.
