Mike for Model Number RF28HMEDBSR/AA-02 I am having issues with ice build up in the fresh food section (3 times now) behind the evaporator cover (upper right hand corner) and I saw a video where someone made a field fix using a low wattage heater that gets splice to the defrost heater and so my question is Does APP sell a supplemental heater I can add to this refrigerator or does Samsung? I am willing to wash my hands of this refrigerator after I go and remove the ice...do you recommend I have the customer give Samsung a call? Thank You, Mike
