Nancy H for Model Number RS267LABP The upper fruit and vegetable drawer (which is the middle of the three drawers) falls off the track when opened, and has to be put carefully back into place to close. It seems like the drawer is too narrow for the track, but it is the same width as the top and bottom drawer. It seems like there is something missing, but I can't tell what it would be. The refrigerator (used) came with the house, so we do not know the history. Guessing something small broke and was discarded. Do you know what it would be? I can send you pictures if that will help.
Answer Nancy, You will want to make sure that the lip on the drawer that slides into the rails are not broken. Also check to make sure that there are no broken pieces on the rail. Other than those issues the only other way that is issue could occur where the drawer seems to small would be a issue with the sides of the wall sinking in a little. Read More...
