Mark for Model Number WA45H7200AW/A2 01 Samsung had a recall on this washer. They serviced it and extended the warranty by a year. Year passed and now I cant run a load of laundry without a balance code error coming up! Doesnt matter the size of the load, how I distribute the clothes, etc. I've re-calibrated the machine and adjusted the legs, nothing. I was quoted for a service call, parts, labor..... may as well buy a new washer! Which damper rod/suspension do I need? Im seeing a couple fixed reviews on which is correct. Thanks!
