Karen for Model Number WA456DRHDWR So I have replaced the 4 suspension rods but I have a feeling it still gets off balance because the load lasted like 7-8 minutes longer than it should’ve. The issue happens when the cycle has 7-8 minutes left. It sounds like the balance ring has fluid in it because when I shake the tub it sounds like it has water in it. What else could be my issue?
Answer Karen, For this issue it may be the particular load is getting off balance. The only other thing that would possibly cause this would be a possible issue with the rotor or stator but would normally not finish the cycle in this instance. Read More...
