H.B. for Model Number rs2533sw Would a reading of 10.5uF on this 12uF capacitor, (AP4033723), cause the compressor not to start?
Answer Hello H.B., Probably not. I would check to make sure there is 120Vac to the compressor and if there is the start relay DA35-00099G normally is the cause.
