Barbara, You will need to open the door and check to see if there is a damaged or loose spring 6107-001175 that would be causing the issue or if it is the door key DE64-00760A. To access you will need to remove the inner panel of the door. You do this by inserting a flat screw driver into the gap between the inner and outer door and popping the inner door out from the outer door. You will then need to remove the inner part of the door to do this you will insert a thin metal plate in several locations behind the inner door and outer door until you hear a tick sound.
