Adam B. for Model Number SMH7174WC From all outward appearances, I believe I need a new spring (part number 6107-001175). The door will not stay latched, and it appears that the cause is simply that the latch mechanism will not engage when the door is closed (almost surely caused by a problem with the spring). However, all of the sites I have visited show the spring "discontinued" or "unavailable". How do I obtain a replacement spring?
